Agreed, the option of having power to keep a basement dry, or food 
cold, or the radio on during a power outage is central reason why I 
have the Honda generators. Most would second that. It's when you are 
reading the paper, sipping a martini, soaking up the sun, choking on 
the fumes, going crazy from the incessant pounding form a stinking 
internal combustion engine under a load, in a 30X60 ft campsite, that 
makes you want to bang on the neighbors door while they are sleeping 
in the middle of the afternoon, curtains drawn, air conditioner 
grinding away and say........................won't you join me while 
I die of carbon monoxide and insanity?     Thanks I feel better now.
