We live up in the mountains and when the power goes out many of the
neighbors crank up their generators
and what could have been peaceful silence and a beautiful dark starry night
turns into loud noises in stereo.

We might as well be in the middle of the city. I'm sure the oil barrons love
it.

We simply light some candles and oil lamps and use our batteries.
