Hi Joannie,

Get right back on the road! Take back roads for a while, drive slow 
(ignore anyone impatient behind you) and take your time until you feel 
more confident. We've all had scary experiences that may or may not 
have ended in a crash, you learn. Tow during the day when you aren't 
tired, avoid night time towing. When I first started I had a 67 Safari 
that I towed way too fast! One trip I came up and over a hill to find 
the traffic stopped dead at the bottom. I hit the brakes and the 
trailer started to sway back and forth! Everyone on either side of me 
pulled as far away from me as they could go in heavy traffic, terror in 
their faces! I was able to stop about a half inch from the guy in front 
of me. I was very lucky that day, I was sure I was going to lose 
control and flip the trailer and truck! My stomach was a mess for 
hours! I've never speeded since while towing!

There is so much to see out there, get on the road!
