Hi Jim,

I painted the walls in my trailer... I don't like the wallpaper board they 
use.

First step is to cover the walls with OIL based KILZ.  Then you can paint any 
color latex.

Be sure to really clean before you put on the KILZ so it'll stick... try TSP.
