David & Erin,
Don't give up your search yet! I have a 59 Ambassador International 28' with
factory bunk beds that sleeps six. It weighs 3800 lbs empty so it could
easily be pulled with an Expedition. It's not for sale at the moment but I
have seen slightly newer Ambassadors for sale on ebay and the VAC
classifieds recently. I also have a set of factory bunk beds from a 63
Tradewind that I hope to sell at some point this spring. The older trailers
are more work but there's nothing like waking up surrounded by rich woodwork
in the morning. The older trailers are much lighter as well. Be prepared for
some upgrading though.
