Great idea.  Along that same line...I took my 1978 Ambassador to Jackson 
Center last year for some parts (I only live 45 minutes away...quite a 
convenience).  One of the mechanics came out to look at something for 
me...he looked at the trailer and smiled and then said, "I built that 
trailer".  I must have kept him there an hour picking his brain...what an 
experience.  A lot of the mechanics spent years in the factory building 
them and are an invaluable resource, especially for older trailers.  In my 
case it won't be long before that mechanic is retired and his knowledge 
retired with him.
