You have a big, big project in front of you. Although an Airstream in my
opinion would be the only brand trailer that you could resurrect from 10
years of setting up on blocks, it might be just to big of a task to handle.
We are talking countless hours of work, and it won't be cheap. Thats even
before you get a tow vehicle and send one night on the road. You might be
better to sell it as is for whatever you can get for it and put that towards
a road worthy rig.
