[A/S] Twins to Double

Bill, I took rear twins out of a 31' 1975 International.  If you have this 
same floor plan, a double bed will fit crossways.  I simply lashed a double 
bedframe to the floor.  Our choice is the head of the bed is against the 
street side wall and three sides of the bed are open.  The space at the foot 
and rear trailer side is not great, but passable, if you skinny around 
sideways.  With this, you lose the night stand and storage under the twins.  
Get ready for removing more screws than you thought possible and moving the 
double box springs and mattress is a bit tricky, but doable.  We are in our 
second year with this and find it superior to the twins.  Ned Digh
