[A/S] Satellite TV/TiVo

I probably won't want TiVo till I get another Airstream, and a dual LNB dish. 
I LOVE the TiVo at home. It's so wonderful to watch what you want WHEN you 
want. It even finds and automatically records TV shows, say, that have AIRSTREAM 
in their descriptions...order PPV at 3am and either watche when I want or 
archive to DVD for later.
My question is this, has anyone tried using one while extended RVing? they 
say you need a phone line for the program guide, but I would think that would 
come via sat. and of course, I can't get a straight answer from DTV.
Also, I've heard somewhere, that one can "add" the RV to the account for 5.00 
per reciever rather than get a separate account (which I now have) now, the 
home reciever has an eliptical dish that get's our locals, and the RV of 
course, get's the east/west feeds. I hesitate to call them and open up a can of 
worms.
as an aside. I recently "turned on" HBO and showtime........to get Angels in 
America, and The Regans, then turned it off, 10days 6dollars or so. Then a 
friend on Vacation called me to record something on HBO I turned it on for a DAY 
via the DirecTv website. So far so good, that's quite a convienience!!!
