FYI, Dish has started a new program where they are
identifiying receiver's that "haven't phoned home" for
a while.  Apparently they are beginning to realize
that some folks order multiple receivers and then hook
these receivers up at other locations thus avoiding
the individual site charges.  Most folks doing this do
not plug in the phone line on these receivers since
they know that Dish uses ANI technology to cross check
where the receiver's call originates from and the
phone number they have on file.  From what I heard
they are starting with homes that have 4 or more
receivers.
