Bob I agree with your assessment of the Jeep. In the last 15 or so 
years, we have bought 3 new Chevies, 2 new Fords, and 2 Grand 
Cherokees. The Jeeps had fewer problems than the others by a long 
shot. I don't recall ever having work done on either of them, before 
or after the warranty expired. I might be still driving the '95 with 
the V8 but as I stated earlier in this thread they are not very good 
tow vehicles. The '01 Silverado 3/4 ton that I am driving now has 
been in the shop lots of times. Once for over a week waiting on a 
fuel injection pump. But it is a stable tow vehicle for our 34.
