It is much nicer on the Gulf side and it has a nice sand beach.  That 
you just
walk to.
Even in March Spring Break time They have space.

as I stated before you get your name on the list for the next day's 
upgrades.
I think it cost about half the price of Destination South's and your on 
the
Inland Water way side.  Destination South  over books and will not let 
you
in.  You are too close together and most sites you can't even get your 
awning
out .
