If you are handy with tools and enjoy a challange an old airstream is a lot 
of fun,flustration, and headaches,but the end results will be a source of 
pride.It is not a sound finical investment if you are planning to turn a profit.The 
Silver Abaltross Has given me many many hours of fun working on it It is a 
project that may never end as there is always something else.
Sadly it may never be moved again.My wife's Alzheimers and other health 
provlems have ended our touring. But I still am up grading it. For Christmas I gave 
my self a LCD TV which I am mountingon a swivel in the bulkhead between the 
living room and the bedroom.Also building in a DVD player and a 4 speaker 
sterio system. gotta keep a dream alive. This is my way of fighting the depression 
of being a caregiver.
