 Good morning Tom, I wasn't the one that made the post about the 
axles, but if and when you talk to anyone at the Airstream factory, 
tire size, radials versus the 700 bias, and or anything else doesn't 
seem to be factor. When I changed to radials on my 76, they said to 
keep the same hitch height. I did and it did not seem to be a factor 
as I still got a very good hook up and was comfortable towing the 
trailer. I use a Reese dual cam setup. I just set it up exactly the 
way Airstream recommended. I have setup my 85 32 footer the same way 
and it tows great. Richard in Southwest
