Last spring while we were between houses we used a Verizon Mobile Office 
Setup to access our regular ISP. The MO kit cost $49. We got 14,400 sitting 
in the Argosy. The phone plan is unlimited evening and weekend nationwide.
At this point in time mobile high speed access is very limited and very 
expensive. Upwards of $4000 plus monthly fees.
You might want to check out Verizon.
