  Go to:   www.rvmobile.com and you will find that a 11" water column 
is what propane should be and if it isn't your refrigerator will not 
stay running on gas. I just changed my regulator because my 
refrigerator wouldn't work. Everything else worked,but I don't know 
about the furnace, because it needs a gas valve and don't work 
anyway. I use electric heaters and or my catalytic heater. If you go 
to a propane dealer, you should be able to buy a new regulator for 
less then 20.00. Just tell them what you are using it on. If I 
remember it should be a two stage regulator.the new regulator did put 
out an 11' water column. I checked it with a manometer.  I hope this
