Yes, I complained about the sink problem.  They were sympathetic but
since it was past the warranty period the replacement was up to me.  I
did see another A/S with a similar problem that was scheduled for a
factory service visit.  I do not know the outcome of that service trip.
Airstream has more than it's share of quality problems in the last 5 or
6 years.  I heard on the grapevine that they have made some changes and
a new quality control manager.  I heard that they put Rod Walters from
their customer service department in charge of improving their quality
control system.  I hope that the improvements are in place by the time
my 2004 is built in March.
