You can do this several ways. Virtually all truck camper setups have this 
feature. Two of the more common are:
1: Install a solid state battery isolator under the hood of your Sub. They 
cost about $50-80 dollars and will allow charge current to flow only to the 
battery not the other way.
2. Install an old fashion solenoid under the hood. Costs $10-15 dollars. Wire 
it so that it is only closed when the ignition is on.
Most RV service and many automotive service shops should be familiar with the 
job.
