This is the reason why you must UNPLUG  your cord to your truck
at night.
Yes,  You will have enough voltage to put down your dish.
You will not have enough current to operate large inverters or
heavy loads.  But for lights and small loads it will work.

If you drive 4-6 hours that should bring your batteries back up
to a 3/4 charge but to top them off you should plug your rig in.
