Hi, Hunter...

When I measured up my '85 Sovereign for hard wood, I measured each area 
separately. (i.e. living/eating area, kitchen area and bedroom. I added 
the usual 10% for cutting. When I got the floor down, I found that I had 
been rather generous and had 10 sq.ft. left over.

So if you have measured the same way and give yourself 10, you will be fine.
