I think the couch is the most common set up, your dinette is less so. 
You could probably have a good dealer take out the dinette and put the 
"gaucho" or convertible sofa bed in.

I think the gaucho is uncomfortable both to sit on and to sleep on. In 
fact for my '73, I built a couch to replace the missing one, and then 
this summer I took it out and built a dinette instead.  Of course, I 
have a double bed in the rear, and am 29' long.....
