 I towed fulltime with a 70 Dodge Polara 318 for three years, trailer was a 67
Overlander and we had no problems other than those of horsepower limitations.
If your car is well maintained (= new shocks, rebuilt springs, yada) I would
think nothing of pulling a 23' with it.  after all, you have the weight and most
importantly, the wheelbase to control sway.  I would put a Pullrite on it to
tuck that fulcrum in as close to the differential as I could get it.
