You can have a dinette that really DOES seat four adults across from 
galley cabinets and still have room for two people to pass each other 
between them.

You can have a decent sized hallway between a wardrobe and a side 
bath, AND have a shower door a wide-body person can use.

You can have a 5' wide queen sized bed with 1.5' on either side at 
the beltline, meaning 1' of floor on either side.

That extra 6" inside makes a world of difference!
