Dean, I recommend changing the entire back plate, shoes and magnets 
at the same time. They come as a unit, you have no problem about 
obsolete parts, and the whole assemblies are remarkably low in price, 
cheaper than buying separate parts. It saves an a lot of aggravation, 
I can promise you, from bitter experience. Nick.
