The first question would be, did it actually hit the receiver. It
is quite possible to bend, even rip off the rear bumper and not
touch the receiver at all.
I would take it to the receiver people you trust most. For example,
in my area, I would not take it to the RV dealer, I would take it to
a local dealer that does receivers and such. Most cities have a
company that specializes in towing equipment for RV's and for
commercial vehicles (actually more commercial work than RV's).
Thats all they do, they know receivers better than any others.
Yep, its expensive, but your insurance should cover all but the
deductible, assuming you have insurance.
