A panic swerve would throw (and has thrown) anything into the bushes.
You don't even need a trailer for this maneuver to have this effect.

IMHO Your biggest concern in this scenario should be about whether or
not you roll your rig. The high center of gravity in larger trucks
works against you on this one.

Trailers are required to have brakes and Airstream uses 12 inch hubs
which means they have very good braking capacity - as good as or
better than many cars or trucks and better than most other trailers.

Airstreams have a low center of gravity which, when combined with
their brakes and suspension and axle placement and normal weight
distribution mean they handle very well. But even these advantages
cannot make your rig handle like a sports car.
