Please talk to you buddy and obtain the parameters which the NY State 
Troopers are using to determine incorrect tow vehicle trailer 
combinations.  I want to know if my 1973 Dodge W200 Power Wagon, 131 in 
wheelbase, 360 ci engine, is correct in the eyes of New York State to 
pull my 1979 23' Safari, gross weight 5800 lbs.

Perhaps everyone on the list would like to know the minimum standards 
for New York State also.
