Greetings Jeff!

According to the literature that I have, the Argosy Center bath 28 
has an empty weight of 4,290 pounds with a tongue weight of 520 
pounds.  The thing to remember about both of these weights is that 
neither reflects the weight of installed optional equipment, fluids 
(water, propane, etc.), and personal belongings packed in the 
trailer.  It doesn't take much to add 1,000 to 1,500 pounds to the 
empty weight between options, fluids, and personal belongings.
