Dear Matt
While I agree that the truck would be overloaded, I don't agree that the 
owner would be in danger of voiding his insurance coverage. Unless they 
have recently changed the exclusions in an auto policy, there is no 
clause in an auto policy that says you have to stay within certain load 
limits, although it would be stupid.
 Just a knee jerk response after 37 years of insurance claims adjusting.
