either way, you plug it into the shore - park outlet and measure the voltage -
it will pop up with digital numbers if it is like mine.  then plug your trailer
into the outlet if power is above 105vac (if less than, go get your money back
and get on down the road)   after that, plug the meter into an ac outlet where
you can conveniently watch it. I like the ac plugs around the kitchen sink where
I can reach up and turn off the ac if the voltage drops too much.
really surprised that the park "shop" doesn't carry one to sell to the
customers.
