tell us about this.
I have a 110V house demand unit which I have been trying to think where I want
to install it. under the sink, down line from the gas/elect water heater - just
not sure.. 

anyway, I am very impressed with what you are planning to do.
I especially like the gray water in pipe idea.  at least it is unique,
practical? no idea.  do not think that black water would work, how to clean it
out...
