I realy hope that Dodge is now making a better and stronger manual trans. 
than on my 92 Dodge Cummins it unravled at about 95K miles Level road at 48 mph. 
The dealear said that this never happens but he was happy to charge me $3900 
for a rebuilt and $1300 to install it. I was 1400 miles from home and in no 
position to bargen.
I lived up north for many years when 4WD was almost un herd of anf managet to 
go where I wanted even in the Ice and snow in the winter. For the rare 
occasion that one needs it in todays world is it worth the price and extry maintance 
and reduced fule milage?
