It makes me wonder if the manual is available for lower cost or for those 
who want an manual and don't tow?  Tractor trailer rigs are mostly outfitted 
with manuals.  Is it because it use to be cheaper to rebuild, an auto can't 
handle the load, you get better gas mileage, they last longer before a 
rebuild/replacement or what?  These are still unanswered questions in my 
book.
