Yep.  It has tow/haul switch and also includes an
external transmission oil cooler.  According to the
manual they suggest that you use tow setting when the
GCVW of the van and trailer hits 75% of its rated
capacity (My van is 16,000 lbs) or if you are in hilly
territory.  They note that you can tow in the
overdrive setting.

Obviously the notification light and gauge are part of
the extra cost differential of the pickup towing
package vs the van.
