Hi! Jack,

    I remove the bulbs piece on the end of the cable from the bracket that is 
affixed to the brake pedal and hang the cable over the controller. By doing 
this you eliminate the wear on the cable guides, when not towing. 

     The only draw back the Jordan controller has is the brake lights are not 
wired in, so when you manually activate the trailer brakes the brake lights 
do not come on, unless I am missing something. I like the activation of the 
trailer brakes off of the brake pedal.
