I have had the sofa in my 1981 Excella rebuilt. The foam was replaced with two stage foam, soft on top and high density foam under the the soft foam. They also disassembled the cover and restiched it and replaced the backing and reworked the buttons....Good as nes! Cost about $300.00 locally. Tony Cranfill
