I also have the same type of setup as you do in my 64 Globetrotter,.   
When I bought the trailer it did not come with a toilet at all.  
Evidently, the PO had removed it at some time.  I have not been able to 
find a repalcemnt toilet that is short enough to fit in the fiberglass 
surround and also has the flushing mechnaisn that fits in the two 
openings (on top for the water control and in the front for the foot 
flush lever).  I have a friend who had an old toilet from his bambi that 
I have rigged to use as an interim solution (that has lasted for two 
years!).  When I really looked into this, most of the people that I 
spoke with had cut open the fiberglass and installed a new toilet.  I 
just cannot bring myself to do that so we make do with a solution that 
kind of works. 

Please post if you find a toilet that fits and I would be interested in 
buying your old toilet for parts.
