[A/S] traveling with Duke

We travel with our small dog Duke who is a well seasoned Airstream traveler.
I have always been concerned about what might happen in case of an accident
where both me and my wife might be injured and not be able to take acre of
Duke. Especially when we might have the trailer parked and taking a side
trip without Duke. I have prepared a typed notice that I keep in my Suburban
with instructions on his care and contact info as well as where our A/S is
parked so that he could be rescued if necessary. I also have window stickers
that indicate that a dog is inside and to take what ever steps are necessary
to rescue him. Is there anything else that others might have come up with.
