Re: [A/S] Alternative toilets and drain pipes.
To the person who thought a drain to the ground is the same as composting
Envirolet etc. Why not have to put your feet up on the camper to pull the
drain T out? as someone described? Why not come home and find someone
'visited' and threw something down the toilet and it will cost you $300 to
fix...if you can find someone who knows how to take it apart. I have people
pull in next to me and most of them have trouble with their sanitation system
once or twice in three months. They end up calling someone that takes it away
to fix. Where doe's one stay?
I like the idea of being able to find some property somday and not have to
throw up an outhouse while I get a septic system or hook up.
By the way I have another problem to ask about...
I have two drains that drop down apparently when the AC etc is draining AC
etc. Two little metal tubes front side and back middle. My summer neighbors
can't stand the water dripping so I tried to put some small hoses on the end
so it can drain onto the grass without dripping. Only trouble is when they
go back up the pipe unhooks. Anyone ever tried to attach a permanent drain
line to the gutter or grass? Isabelle
