The fan closed by its self a couple of nights due to dampness at night and 
opened during the day and than quit working I have put in 2 sets ofcontrolls 
and the 3rd are on the way to me. have checked eavery thing out untill i am 
blue in the face and still not have them working , one set would only open 
the vent under power but not close it It goes on and on '. the company is 
trying to resolve the provlem but I am gitting tired of messing with it.
