[A/S] roller shade in door- I have done it

The way I did it is just as several has said. I drilled out the 
rivets and pulled out the door liner far enough to remove the shade. 
It is not that big of a job. Fixed the shade and put it in and 
replaced the 1/8 inch rivets. Use a 1/8 inch bit to remove rivets.
