Yes.  And all the subsequent discussion.  I got the distinct 
impression that the sway bar was the primary culprit, not the tow 
vehicle.  For example:

My assumption was that your "big honkin' truck" was needed for what 
from my perspective appears to be a big honkin' trailer - much 
larger than anything I'd ever want.

Well, at least if my deal goes through tomorrow, the seller has 
agreed to tow it to my place, where it will most likely sit for 
quite some time until I can go shopping for a truck.  What would you 
consider a minimum wheel base for a 20' trailer?
