Re: [A/S] water in fuel/bad fuel?



Have you added DryGas to the tank?  If a tank is left
partially filled, there's always a possibility of
condensation resulting in water in the gas.  That's
why airplanes are usually refueled when they land and
not allowed to sit overnight with a partial tank.

By the way, you can use alcohol - a druggist will
advise you what kind,
instead of DryGas,and you'll save money.

Hopefully, your trouble is nothing more than water in
the gas, but you can't rule out a transmission or
torque converter problem.

Is there a difference in the level of your car when
hauling your trailer,and did you happen  to be on an
incline when the problem occurred ?
