Re: Cold Oven

I have the same problem, my service book says that the pilot is a 
two stage, small flame stays on until over control is turned on. 
Then flame increases heating theromocouple, which lets gas thru. 
Says to clean line from oven control to pilot. I have performed 
this , to no avail, so I feel that it is actually the oven 
thermostat.

I am trying to decide wether to change that out or just get a new 
range as the oven control and thermostat is about $150.
