Re: [A/S] Question already
The product of choice for removing clear coat from an Airstream is made by
Environmental Technologies, Inc. called SV-35\ Aviation Grade. It's
non-toxic, environmental friendly it works very well, easy to apply and
really fast. You can spray it on, put it on with a roller or brush and do
the whole side if an Airstream in one application. Let it soften the clear
coat and then hose it off with a water hose. It won't harm your grass or
plants or even your skin but they recommend using rubber gloves. You can do
a web search for the company, call their toll free number and get the name
of a local outlet. I ordered mine from Aircraft Spruce Company. You can look
in the archives for more details at www.tompatterson.com.
