Thanks Larry - if I decide to go tankless, it looks like I'll have to 
spring for the RV500 or perhaps one of the other AquaStar 
models.  "Reduced flow" seems to mean 2.5 GPM and the 38B only gives 
a 45 degree rise in temp at 1.3 GPM.  At least now I know 
what "degree rise" means so at least I learned something! <G>
