[A/S] Ill-fiting door

Shortly after we bought our 2001 Safari (used), we noticed that the door
does not fit quite right. When closed and latched, it fits beautifully
at the top, but there is nearly a one inch gap at the bottom where one
can see daylight.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is it going to be as expensive as
I fear to fix it?
