Kelvin,
Take your handy-dandy Digital VoltMeter (DVM) and check the output voltage
at the battery. It should be about 13.8 VDC. If it's lower than 13.6, the
converter isn't working properly.
Many folks have changed the old UniVolt for an Inteli-Power converter with
Charge Wizard with very good results.
