The cheap aluminum gear box on my bathroom vent has not stood up to
trying to open when freezing temps cause sticking.  I have purchased a
Fantastic Create-A-Breeze fan as a replacement.  If anyone done this
replacement with the Fantastic or even an OEM fan I would appreciate
hearing any lessons learned.  Info on removal of the old sealant and new
sealant application information would be especially helpful.  I do have
a tube of Vulkem to use.
