Up here in the North Minnesota and the Dakotas, they have an overall 
length limit and I believe there needs to be breaks on the front 
trailer, and a wieght limits on the last trailer as well.

There are some that do not advise this type of setup at all.  I think 
that if you get the right wieght ratios, that it's not worse than a pup 
semi trailer setup.


I'm not sure if about copmplete tow behindsetup either, I'm speaking of 
a short fifth wheel towing a Boat trailer for instance.

I'm sure if I got something wrong here, someone will correct me.
